It’s never too early to grab a cocktail at PassionFish, at least not on the weekends. Its special brunch menu includes an entire section devoted to specialty cocktails like the maple old fashioned. It features bourbon, bitters, a splash of maple syrup, and an orange twist. Of course, you can also enjoy bottomless mimosas or bloody marys on the side of your two-course brunch.
Your server will keep the house-made cinnamon rolls and apple butter coming while you choose a starter and an entree. Try the granola and Greek yogurt parfait smothered with seasonal fruit compote or the crab and corn cheddar to kick off your meal. Then for the main course, dig into the fried chicken and waffle with whipped butter and pepper jelly maple syrup or the classic eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon and hollandaise sauce.
