A year ago it was called “Vinyasa House,” but Bethesda’s hottest yoga studio has been re-furbished and re-branded as PureFire Yoga. Offering power vinyasa yoga classes in a heated room, PureFire has a warm atmosphere in a literal as well as figurative sense.

The studio is cozy and intimate, and its location near the Bethesda Metro makes it an easy stop for commuters. The enthusiastic and supportive instructors get tons of compliments, and their collective 70 years of experience in teaching makes this place a good choice for students of all levels. If you’re a beginner, no need to be nervous–classes are designed to offer personal attention to all students. Plus, new students can get a weeklong pass for $25 or a one-month pass for $50. Returning students can get a package of ten classes for $220. Make sure to arrive 15 minutes early for your class and sign in at the front desk.
