Instructors want to cultivate new, healthier habits that their students take home with them. If you're new to the practice of Pilates, start at a Level 1 Mat class. You'll learn all the basics of Pilates, including the proper way to breathe and move through the signature flow with a focus on alignment and precision. After you've mastered the fundamentals, keep growing in your practice by trying a higher-level mat class or an equipment class that makes use of the Reformer, Chair, or Tower.
